Registration and verification
Sign-up takes under two minutes; verification is a separate one-time step you complete before your first withdrawal. Getting it done early means nothing stands between you and a fast payout later.
- Register with a Philippine mobile number and password, then confirm the OTP.
- You must be at least 21 years old — age is confirmed during KYC.
- KYC accepts a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license or PRC ID.
- Identity review takes about 24–48 hours and only has to be done once.
Staying in control

- Keep your registered mobile number current so recovery codes reach you.
